Job Specifications:

DNA PROJECT MANAGEMENT and CONTRACTING LLC is seeking a qualified and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and project management, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparing, negotiating, and analyzing costs for tenders and contracts.

Coordinating with project management teams to ensure that all projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Monitoring and managing project costs to avoid overspending.

Preparing and submitting detailed and accurate financial reports.

Managing and mitigating project risks.

Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Candidate Profile:

Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction and project management.

Proficient in construction software and MS Office applications.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
