Responsibilities:

Prepare BOQs and cost estimates for tenders

Contract administration and variation management

Prepare interim payment certificates

Cost monitoring and control

Quantity take-offs and measurements

Prepare variation orders and claims

Subcontractor payment verification

Final account preparation

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering

3-5 years of experience in similar role

Knowledge of POMI and local measurement standards

Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office

Experience with construction contracts and documentation

Strong mathematical and analytical skills

Experience in UAE construction sector preferred
