Pre-Contract Expertise

You will develop comprehensive tender packages and cost plans for large-scale projects. Your analytical skills will produce accurate BOQs while identifying value-engineering opportunities without compromising quality.

Contract Administration

The role requires mastery of FIDIC and UAE contract law. You’ll draft subcontract agreements, manage variations, and ensure all commercial terms protect the company’s interests throughout project execution.

Cost Control Systems

Implementing robust tracking mechanisms, you’ll monitor project expenditures against budgets. Your early warning system will flag potential cost overruns, enabling proactive corrective measures.

Procurement Strategy

You’ll lead material and subcontractor negotiations, securing optimal pricing for bulk construction packages. Your market knowledge will time purchases to capitalize on favorable material price trends.

Progress Certification

Managing interim valuations, you’ll verify work-in-place and authorize contractor payments. Your rigorous assessments will maintain positive cash flow while preventing overpayment risks.

Dispute Resolution

Your contractual expertise will help resolve claims and delay analyses. Maintaining meticulous records, you’ll protect the company’s position in potential arbitration scenarios.

Candidate Profile

We require:

• Bachelor’s in Quantity Surveying/Civil Engineering
• 7+ years UAE construction QS experience
• Major project experience (high-rises/megaprojects)
• Proficiency in CostX or similar software
• In-depth FIDIC contract knowledge
