Role Overview

As a Quality Controller, you will play a critical role in ensuring that all vehicles and service processes meet the brand’s exceptional standards before delivery to customers. This includes inspecting repairs, ensuring compliance with manufacturer guidelines, and reporting on quality-related issues. Your expertise will directly impact the customer experience and brand reputation.

Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day duties will include performing quality checks on vehicles post-repair or service, identifying any issues or rework requirements, and ensuring that all standards are met before releasing the vehicle. You will also collaborate closely with service advisors, technicians, and workshop teams to implement quality assurance processes and maintain service efficiency and excellence.

Ensuring Compliance and Safety

One of the core aspects of your role is to ensure compliance with automotive safety standards, brand protocols, and workshop guidelines. You will regularly inspect the tools, techniques, and final output of mechanical work to guarantee that no step falls below EXEED’s quality expectations. Ensuring that every vehicle leaves the workshop in optimal condition is your top priority.

Customer Satisfaction Focus

In the highly competitive automotive sector, customer satisfaction hinges on trust and quality. As a Quality Controller, your attention to detail and commitment to perfection will ensure that every customer receives a safe, fully functional, and high-performance vehicle. Your feedback to service teams will be key in maintaining and improving overall service levels.

Preferred Candidate Profile

We’re looking for candidates with experience in automotive quality control or technical inspections, ideally within a dealership or high-volume service center. A technical diploma or certificate in automotive engineering is preferred. You should possess strong diagnostic skills, keen observation, and the ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical teams.
