Responsibilities:

Implement quality control procedures and policies

Conduct site inspections and quality audits

Review material submittals and technical specifications

Prepare inspection reports and non-conformance reports

Monitor corrective actions

Coordinate with external inspection agencies

Maintain quality documentation

Train site staff on quality requirements

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering

3-5 years of QA/QC experience in construction

Knowledge of ISO standards and quality systems

Understanding of construction materials testing

Strong attention to detail

Good documentation and reporting skills

Knowledge of local building codes and standards
