Project Cost Monitoring: The QS Engineer will continuously monitor project costs throughout the construction phase to ensure budget adherence. Responsibilities include verifying site progress, comparing actual expenditures against planned budgets, and generating periodic cost reports for management review.

Contract Administration: This position includes preparing, reviewing, and managing contractual documents, variations, and claims.
