Position: QA/QC Specialist

About the Role:

Red Sea Global (RSG), a visionary developer responsible for major projects like The Red Sea and Amaala, is expanding its programs and seeking a QA/QC Specialist for their prestigious giga project in Saudi Arabia. The specialist will be tasked with ensuring quality assurance and quality control for landscape projects under Red Sea Landscape Nursery, a subsidiary of RSG.

Key Responsibilities:

Review project specifications, drawings, and contracts to identify quality requirements.

Develop and implement comprehensive QA/QC plans for projects.

Conduct inspections throughout all phases of construction, ensuring compliance with materials, workmanship, codes, and standards.

Identify and document non-conformances, working with contractors to develop and implement corrective actions.

Verify completion of corrective actions and ensure resolution of deficiencies.

Maintain detailed inspection records and reports.

Participate in meetings, including pre-construction, progress, and handover meetings.

Stay updated on building codes, fire safety regulations, and industry best practices.

Assist with submittals and shop drawings preparation if required.

Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).

Minimum of 3 years of experience in infrastructure and landscape projects.

Strong knowledge of relevant building codes and fire safety regulations.

Proficiency in construction quality management software.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Ability to identify non-conformances and work independently as well as part of a team.

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Salary:

SAR 8,000 to 10,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
