About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QA/QC Inspector with a strong background in villas and high-rise building projects to join our team. This is a critical role for a professional who excels in ensuring quality and compliance across construction activities. Key Responsibilities:

As the QA/QC Inspector, you will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring the quality of construction activities and materials. Your primary duties will include conducting inspections, reviewing plans and specifications, and verifying compliance with quality standards and regulations. You will document inspection results, identify defects or non-conformities, and recommend corrective actions. Additionally, you will collaborate with project managers, contractors, and engineers to ensure quality objectives are met.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in quality inspection within the construction or real estate industry is required. Knowledge of quality standards, construction codes, and safety regulations is essential. Certifications such as ISO 9001 or equivalent will be an advantage.
