Location: Khansaheb Head Office, Umm Ramool, Airport Road, Dubai

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement quality assurance and quality control procedures for civil engineering projects.

Conduct inspections and tests to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.

Review engineering drawings, specifications, and construction methods to identify potential quality issues.

Collaborate with project teams to resolve quality-related problems and implement corrective actions.

Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and non-conformances.

Monitor subcontractor performance and adherence to quality requirements.

Provide training and guidance to project personnel on quality procedures and best practices.

Prepare quality reports and documentation for project management and clients.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience as a QA/QC Engineer in the UAE/GCC, preferably in roads and infrastructure projects.

Certification in quality management (e.g., ISO 9001) is preferred.

Strong knowledge of quality assurance and quality control principles and practices.

Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.

Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
