Quality Assurance Role Overview : The QAQC Engineer role is responsible for ensuring construction works meet approved quality standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements. This position plays a critical role in maintaining quality control systems across projects while supporting compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.

Quality Planning and Implementation : The role involves implementing project quality plans, inspection test plans, and method statements. You will ensure construction activities are executed in compliance with approved procedures, drawings, and quality standards throughout all project phases.

Inspection and Testing Oversight : As a QAQC Engineer, you will conduct inspections, coordinate testing activities, and verify material approvals. You will ensure all inspection records, test results, and quality documentation are properly maintained and submitted for approval.

Coordination With Project Teams : The position requires close coordination with engineers, site teams, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve quality-related issues. You will provide guidance on corrective actions and preventive measures to maintain consistent quality performance.

Compliance and Documentation Control : You will manage quality documentation including inspection reports, non-conformance reports, and corrective action records. Ensuring traceability and audit readiness is a key responsibility of this role.

Site Monitoring and Continuous Improvement : The role involves regular site monitoring to identify quality risks and improvement opportunities. You will support management in promoting a quality-driven culture across all project teams and locations.
