About the Role:

We are seeking a meticulous and experienced QA/QC Engineer with a strong background in villas and high-rise building projects to join our team. This is a critical role for a professional who excels in ensuring quality assurance and control across construction projects. Key Responsibilities:

As the QA/QC Engineer, you will oversee the quality assurance and control processes for construction projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications, codes, and standards. Your primary duties will include conducting inspections, identifying defects, and recommending corrective actions. You will prepare quality reports, maintain documentation, and ensure timely resolution of quality issues. Additionally, you will collaborate with project teams to implement quality control plans and achieve project objectives.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A minimum of 5–7 years of experience in QA/QC, specifically in villas and high-rise building projects, is required. Strong knowledge of construction codes, standards, and quality control procedures is essential. Certifications such as ISO 9001 or equivalent will be an advantage.
