Resosys Management Consultants is recruiting on behalf of a key energy sector client to hire an experienced QA/QC Completions Engineer specializing in E&I systems. This position in Abu Dhabi is ideal for a senior quality professional who excels at leading testing, punch list management, and completions documentation for high-spec industrial assets.

The core responsibilities of this position center on managing Quality Assurance and Quality Control workflows for electrical and instrumentation installations throughout the project execution and completions phases. Daily duties involve leading E&I field inspections, witnessing loop checks, verifying continuity and insulation testing, and auditing installation quality against approved engineering drawings and standards. The engineer will manage punch listing processes, track clearance schedules, compile comprehensive final handover dossiers, and coordinate closely with construction, inspection, and commissioning teams to secure regulatory and client walk-down approvals.

Candidates applying for this role must bring at least eight years of dedicated Oil & Gas QA/QC and completions experience, featuring a strong technical foundation in electrical and instrumentation systems. Proven expertise in pre-commissioning testing, inspection and test plans, loop testing, punch management systems, and final turnover dossier compilation is essential.
