Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced QA Tester to ensure the quality and reliability of our applications through comprehensive testing processes. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in mobile and large-scale application testing, with knowledge of health insurance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute functional and manual testing of applications
  
• Design and develop comprehensive test cases
• Perform backend testing using SQL queries
• Document and track software bugs and resolutions
• Create and maintain test data sets
• Collaborate with development teams on quality improvement
• Validate system requirements and specifications
• Conduct regression testing

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
• 3-8 years of QA testing experience
• 4+ years in functional test execution
• 4+ years in test case design
• Strong SQL query writing skills
• Experience with manual testing tools
• Knowledge of software testing methodologies

Preferred Qualifications:

• Software testing certifications
• Experience with Daman health insurance systems
• Mobile application testing experience
• Knowledge of healthcare/insurance industry

Technical Skills:

• Manual testing tools

• Test case management tools
• Bug tracking systems
• Test documentation
• Backend testing
