Behind every great game is a team of people who make sure it actually works. Not just most of the time. Every time. Ironclad is looking for a QA Engineer who understands that quality is not a final step—it is a mindset that runs through every stage of development.

This is a role for someone who takes pride in breaking things so they can be built back stronger. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality, performance, functionality, and reliability of gaming products. That means designing and executing test plans, writing test cases, and running everything from functional and regression testing to load and stress testing. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to identify issues, track defects, and verify fixes. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, helping the team deliver better products faster.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, with strong manual testing experience and hands-on experience with load and stress testing. You are comfortable working in Agile and Scrum environments and are proficient with tools like Jira, TestRail, and Azure. Experience with API testing, database validation, and test automation concepts is a strong advantage. Your analytical and problem-solving skills are sharp, and your communication is clear and collaborative. Experience in gaming or digital entertainment testing is preferred, because you understand the unique challenges of testing interactive, user-driven products.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, with immediate joiners preferred. The starting salary is AED 7,000 per month. You will be joining a company that values quality and is committed to building products that people love to use.
