Role Overview:

Ideal Standard is seeking a skilled QA Engineer (ISO Coordinator) to manage and maintain our Integrated Management System (IMS) certifications. This role focuses on ensuring compliance with ISO standards and fostering continuous process improvements across our manufacturing processes. Your expertise will help uphold the highest standards of quality and efficiency within the company.

Key Responsibilities:In this role, you will oversee various ISO certifications including ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001, and ISO 50001, ensuring compliance and proper documentation. You will work closely with different departments to maintain these certifications and make sure all practices align with industry standards.

Internal Audits and Compliance:A key responsibility of the position is conducting internal audits, identifying any gaps in compliance, and recommending corrective actions. You will ensure all processes are being carried out in adherence to ISO standards, and assist in preparing for external audits when necessary.

Driving Awareness and Continuous Improvement:You will play an active role in educating the team about IMS standards, ensuring widespread understanding and engagement with the processes. Additionally, you will focus on identifying opportunities for improvement and help drive operational efficiencies within the organization.

Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:Collaboration is key in this role. You will work with multiple teams, ensuring they understand the requirements of ISO standards and providing guidance on achieving compliance. You will also facilitate the implementation of quality improvements across various departments.
