Purchasing Officer

Job Description

Procurement Management: The Purchasing Officer will handle daily procurement operations, ensuring timely and accurate ordering of ingredients, supplies, and equipment required for smooth F&B and hospitality operations.

Vendor Coordination: This role involves liaising with vendors, negotiating pricing and delivery schedules, and maintaining strong relationships to secure quality goods at competitive rates.

Stock Monitoring & Inventory Control: The officer will monitor inventory levels, track consumption, and prevent stock shortages or overstock situations, ensuring operational efficiency across all brands.

Excel & Procurement Systems Proficiency: Responsibilities include managing procurement records, generating reports, tracking purchase orders, and maintaining accurate documentation using Excel and other procurement software.

Order Follow-Up & Delivery Management: The officer will follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery, resolve delays or discrepancies, and maintain a smooth supply chain to support daily operations.

Cost Optimization & Budget Support: The candidate will support cost control initiatives, monitor expenditure, and assist in budget planning by identifying cost-saving opportunities and ensuring compliance with company procurement policies.

Collaboration with Internal Teams: The Purchasing Officer will coordinate closely with operations, kitchen, accounts, and management teams to align procurement with operational needs and project requirements.
