About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Purchasing Manager to oversee procurement operations for our premium restaurant group in Dubai. This strategic position requires expertise in F&B supply chain management to ensure seamless operations from supplier selection to inventory control.

Strategic Procurement:

The Purchasing Manager will develop and implement comprehensive sourcing strategies for equipment, ingredients, and restaurant supplies. Your role includes conducting supplier audits, negotiating favorable terms, and establishing long-term partnerships with reliable vendors across global and local markets.

Supply Chain Management:

You will optimize the entire procurement lifecycle from order placement to quality-controlled delivery. The position demands meticulous coordination with logistics partners for timely customs clearance and inventory replenishment while maintaining cost efficiency.

Menu Development Support:

A key responsibility involves collaborating with culinary teams to source specialty ingredients for new menu items. You will organize product trials, secure sustainable supply channels, and ensure seamless ingredient availability for menu launches.

Candidate Profile:

Ideal applicants possess 3+ years of FMCG or HoReCa procurement experience with demonstrated success in cost optimization. Fluency in English (C1) is mandatory, with Russian language skills being advantageous for supplier negotiations.

Technical Expertise:

Advanced proficiency in procurement software and inventory management systems is essential. Your analytical skills will drive data-based decisions to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce operational costs.
