Duties & Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials and services.

Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable and cost-effective procurement.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to maintain optimal stock levels.

Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, pricing, and new products.

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations in all procurement activities.

Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

Evaluate supplier performance and recommend improvements.

Collaborate with internal departments to understand their procurement needs and provide support.

Resolve any issues related to procurement, such as delays or discrepancies in orders.

Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities and transactions.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a procurement or purchasing role.

Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office applications.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Ability to conduct thorough market research and analysis.

Proactive and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to handle procurement issues efficiently.

High level of professionalism and integrity.
