Duties & Responsibilities:

Vendor Research: Identify and research potential vendors to source products and materials.

Offer Evaluation: Compare and evaluate offers from different suppliers to ensure the best deals.

Negotiation: Negotiate contract terms, agreements, and pricing with suppliers to secure favorable terms.

Order Tracking: Monitor and track orders to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.

Quality Review: Assess the quality of purchased products to ensure they meet company standards.

Data Entry: Enter order details, including vendor information, quantities, and prices, into internal databases for accurate record-keeping.

Construction Background: Apply expertise in purchasing materials specific to the construction industry.

Candidate Profile:

Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in the UAE, with a specific focus on purchasing within the construction industry.

Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of steel purchasing and consumables such as welding rods, cutting disks, and drill machines.

Skills:

Strong negotiation skills.

Excellent organizational and tracking abilities.

Proficiency in data entry and using internal databases.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
