Duties & Responsibilities:

Azizi Developments is seeking a skilled Purchase Executive to source and manage vendors and service providers for the marketing category. The ideal candidate will work closely with various teams to develop performance channels in focus markets and ensure contracts comply with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Marketing, Sales, and Agency Teams (PR, Creative, Social Media, Web Design and Development, Media Buying – Online & Offline, Affiliates, Influencers, Video Production, Services for International & Local Events & Exhibitions, Sponsorships, Print, Promotional Material, Lead Generations, Signage, Kiosks Fabrication, Scale Model Fabrication and Movements) to develop performance channels in focus markets.

Partner with key stakeholders and senior leadership to understand strategic direction, supply requirements, and business objectives and priorities.

Review and ensure contracts comply with company policies and regulations as defined by the company Legal Department.

Qualifications:

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) or Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing.

Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in procurement and vendor management.

Strong understanding of marketing and advertising industry requirements.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in contract management and compliance.

Ability to work collaboratively with various departments and external agencies.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Additional Information:

This role requires a proactive individual with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

The candidate should have strong analytical skills and the ability to measure and report on vendor performance and procurement efficiency.
