Operational Responsibilities: The Pump Operator will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of pumping equipment and systems to meet project and facility requirements. This includes starting, stopping, monitoring, and adjusting pump operations in line with established guidelines.

System Monitoring & Maintenance: The role involves regular inspection of pumps, motors, valves, and associated systems to ensure optimal performance. You will perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and escalate any major breakdowns to the maintenance supervisor.

Performance Optimization: Monitor system pressures, flows, and performance data to identify irregularities and take corrective action. This includes ensuring energy efficiency and minimizing operational downtime.

Safety & Compliance: Strict adherence to company safety policies and procedures is essential. You will maintain compliance with UAE regulations and Engie’s environmental and operational safety standards.

Recordkeeping & Reporting: Maintain accurate logs of operating data, maintenance performed, and incidents reported. You will provide detailed reports to supervisors to assist in operational decision-making.
