Role: Public Relations Officer (PRO)

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and enhance the hotel's public image

Develop and maintain media relationships

Coordinate communication strategies

Handle external and internal communications

Represent the hotel in public and media interactions

Manage press releases and media inquiries

Support marketing and branding initiatives

Qualifications:

Proven experience in public relations

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent written and verbal communication

Knowledge of media relations

Understanding of hospitality industry preferred

Ability to work in a dynamic environment
