We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Public Relations Manager to join our agency in Dubai. As a Public Relations Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic PR campaigns for clients across various industries, including hospitality, beauty, fashion, and lifestyle. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing agency roles in Dubai, with established media relations and a proven track record of successfully managing multiple clients in diverse sectors.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies to enhance clients' brand visibility and reputation.

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers in Dubai.

Create compelling press releases, media pitches, and other PR materials to generate media coverage.

Coordinate and manage PR events, press conferences, product launches, and media interviews.

Monitor media coverage and analyze PR campaign performance, providing timely reports to clients.

Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure PR initiatives align with overall marketing objectives.

Stay updated on industry trends, news, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.

Minimum X years of experience in public relations or related roles, preferably within a marketing agency environment in Dubai.

Proven track record of securing media placements and managing PR campaigns for clients in diverse industries such as hospitality, beauty, fashion, and lifestyle.

Strong network of media contacts and influencers in Dubai.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling PR messaging.

Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and PR software/tools.

UAE driving license and access to a vehicle preferred.

Benefits:

Salary: AED 18,000 – 20,000 all-inclusive, in accordance with UAE Labor Law.

Additional benefits as per UAE Labor Law.
