Duties & Responsibilities:

Join the dynamic team at New Auto FZCO as a Public Relations Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of employee visas, residence permits, and other government-related procedures. Your duties and responsibilities include:

Obtaining new employment visas/work permits for all expatriate employees.

Monitoring and renewing employee residence permits.

Obtaining new residence visas for dependents of employees and facilitating their renewal.

Facilitating the obtaining and renewal of expatriate passports for employees and dependents.

Following up on the cancellation of visas for employees and dependents.

Liaising with embassies/foreign diplomatic missions to enable business visits.

Coordinating with the UAE Immigration department to obtain business entry visas for global business visitors.

Providing expert advice to the business and employees on all visa formalities and other government-related procedures.

Maintaining accurate records for all visa-related services.

Prioritizing and accomplishing tasks at short notice.

Creating new and renewing trade licenses for the company.

Candidate Profile:

To be considered for this role, you should have the following qualifications and skills:

At least 3 years of experience in a similar role with strong experience with government organizations and embassies.

Excellent networking and interpersonal skills.

Valid driving license.

Good computer skills (MS Office).

License/Certification:

Driving license required.
