We are looking for an experienced Property Management Administrative Coordinator to join our team at our Holiday Homes Company. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the property management department, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain detailed records of property information, tenant details, and lease agreements.

Coordinate with property owners, tenants, and service providers to address inquiries and resolve issues.

Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports related to property management.

Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems for all property-related documents.

Provide administrative support to the property management team, including scheduling appointments and managing correspondence.

Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to enhance the efficiency of property management operations.

Liaise with the marketing and customer service teams to ensure a seamless experience for holiday home guests.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or property management role, preferably in a holiday homes or vacation rental company.

Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.

Proficient in using property management software and Microsoft Office suite.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is essential.

Knowledge of the local real estate market and regulations is an advantage.
