Key Responsibilities:

As the Property Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations within the real estate team. Your primary duties will include managing property listings, updating databases, and maintaining accurate records. You will coordinate client viewings, schedule appointments, and facilitate seamless communication between agents and clients. Additionally, you will assist agents with documentation, contracts, and daily administrative tasks. Proficiency in CRM software is essential for this role.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have a high school diploma or equivalent, with prior experience in real estate or administrative roles being an advantage. Strong organizational and time-management skills are essential, along with proficiency in CRM software and MS Office. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are required to interact effectively with clients and team members.
