Roles & Responsibilities:

We are looking for Real Estate Agents/Client Managers with at least 1 year of experience in the Dubai market. A professional agent who can serve as an intermediary between sellers and buyers, as well as tenants and landlords. The role includes managing listings and providing guidance to buyers and sellers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to advance their career in real estate.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Management:

Act as an intermediary between sellers and buyers, as well as tenants and landlords.

Provide expert guidance and advice to clients regarding property listings and transactions.

Property Listings:

Manage and update property listings to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.

Showcase properties to potential buyers and renters, highlighting key features and benefits.

Sales and Negotiation:

Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

Handle client complaints and resolve issues effectively, both verbally and in writing.

Market Knowledge:

Stay informed about the latest market trends, property values, and industry regulations.

Provide insights and recommendations to clients based on market conditions.

Team Leadership:

Lead and mentor a team of junior property consultants.

Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.

Customer Service:

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service.

Adapt to the varying needs and preferences of different clients.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Experience:

Minimum 1 year of proven experience in sales or a similar role in the Dubai real estate market.

Education:

Any Graduation

Skills and Qualities:

Presentable, elegant, and punctual.

Strong understanding of commercial real estate acquisitions or brokerage.

Ability to work both independently and cooperatively.

Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Outgoing and pleasing personality.

Ability to learn about products and services and effectively present them to prospects.

Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Self-starter, able to manage multiple priorities and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment.

Customer-oriented with the ability to adapt/respond to different types of clients.
