Position Overview:

PROPERTY PISTOL is looking for dedicated Property Consultants to join our team in Dubai's dynamic real estate market. This is a commission-based role, offering an excellent opportunity for individuals with at least 1 year of real estate sales experience.

As a Property Consultant, you will act as the client's advocate throughout the property buying process, providing guidance, expertise, and negotiation skills to ensure a smooth and successful transaction. This role requires a deep understanding of the local real estate market, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the client's advocate throughout the property buying process.

Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on the real estate market.

Utilize strong negotiation skills to ensure successful transactions.

Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the local real estate market.

Deliver exceptional customer service to all clients.

Manage property listings and client inquiries efficiently.

Coordinate property viewings and follow up with potential buyers.

Build and maintain a network of contacts within the industry.
