Role Overview – MBC Real Estate LLC is hiring Property Consultants for full-time, on-site positions based in Dubai, UAE. This position is ideal for ambitious, entrepreneurial sales professionals with strong relationship-building skills, market knowledge, and the ability to generate leads, acquire clients, sell and lease properties, and build successful real estate careers within Dubai's dynamic property market.

Property Sales and Leasing – You will sell and lease properties by marketing residential and commercial properties (apartments, villas, townhouses, offices, retail spaces), conducting property viewings and presentations, showcasing property features and benefits, presenting investment opportunities, negotiating sale and rental terms, closing property transactions, achieving sales and leasing targets, and generating commission income through successful deals.

Client Acquisition and Lead Generation – You will acquire clients and generate leads by prospecting for buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants, building personal network and database, networking at events and through social platforms, generating leads through referrals and marketing, cold calling and outreach, qualifying leads and opportunities, converting prospects into clients, and consistently building active client pipeline.

Property Listings and Portfolio Management – You will manage property listings and portfolio by securing exclusive and open listings from property owners, conducting property evaluations and pricing analysis, preparing property descriptions and marketing materials, photographing and documenting properties, maintaining listing databases, updating property availability, managing diverse property portfolio, and maximizing listing inventory.
