Job Description

real estate client engagement – The Property Consultant will be responsible for engaging with prospective buyers, sellers, and investors, providing them with expert advice and an exceptional experience throughout the property transaction process. This includes building rapport, identifying client needs, and offering tailored property solutions that reflect market trends and investment potential.

property listings and portfolio management – The role involves managing property listings, conducting property viewings, and ensuring all listings are accurate, updated, and presented at the highest standard. You will be expected to maintain a strong portfolio, keep detailed property records, and coordinate with landlords and developers for availability, pricing, and updates.

market insights and advisory services – The Property Consultant will analyze market conditions, evaluate property values, and provide clients with informed recommendations. You will monitor fluctuations in pricing, demand trends, and community developments to guide clients effectively through decision-making and maximize their investment opportunities.

negotiation and deal closure support – You will handle property negotiations, draft proposals, support clients with documentation, and facilitate smooth transactions from initial inquiry to final closing. This includes maintaining professionalism, transparency, and ensuring all communication promotes trust and confidence between all parties involved.

lead generation and performance growth – The consultant will actively generate leads through networking, referrals, digital engagement, and community outreach. You will be encouraged to develop a strategic approach to achieving sales targets while cultivating long-term client relationships and building a strong personal brand within the firm.

marketing coordination and promotional activities – You will work closely with the marketing team to promote listings, participate in campaigns, and contribute to the company’s outreach strategy. This includes sharing insights for targeted marketing, representing the company at events, and ensuring clients receive comprehensive, high-quality promotional material.
