Position Overview: The Property Consultant (Experienced) will be responsible for providing professional real estate services, including property sales, leasing, and client advisory. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the Abu Dhabi property market and a proven ability to deliver results while building strong client relationships.

Client Relationship Management: The consultant will establish and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their property requirements, preferences, and investment goals. Providing personalized solutions and excellent customer service will be a key responsibility.

Sales and Marketing: The role includes actively promoting PSI’s property portfolio, conducting property viewings, and generating leads through networking, social media, and referrals. The consultant will create persuasive presentations and negotiate terms to close deals successfully.

Market Research: The Property Consultant will conduct market research to stay updated on property trends, pricing, and new developments in Abu Dhabi. This information will be used to advise clients, inform strategic decisions, and maintain PSI’s competitive advantage.

Documentation and Compliance: The consultant will manage all necessary property documentation, contracts, and agreements while ensuring compliance with UAE real estate laws and PSI policies. Accuracy and attention to detail in paperwork are essential.

Collaboration: Working closely with the marketing, operations, and legal teams, the Property Consultant will ensure smooth transaction processes and provide feedback on client preferences to improve service offerings.
