Duties & Responsibilities:

Conduct market research to identify potential properties for investment or sale.

Advise clients on property values, market trends, and investment opportunities.

Facilitate property transactions, including negotiations and contract preparations.

Develop and maintain relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders.

Create and deliver presentations on property investment opportunities.

Assist clients in understanding the property market and making informed decisions.

Ensure all property dealings comply with relevant laws and regulations.

Coordinate property viewings, inspections, and appraisals.

Provide after-sales support and maintain ongoing communication with clients.

Prepare regular reports on market conditions, property transactions, and client interactions.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.

Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a property consultant or in a related role.

In-depth knowledge of the real estate market, particularly in Dubai.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in MS Office and property management software.

Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

High level of professionalism and integrity.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
