Job Description:

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dynamic individuals to join our team as Property Consultants specializing in offplan or secondary properties. This is an exciting opportunity to become a part of a well-established and reputable real estate company in Dubai. As a Property Consultant, you will play a crucial role in helping clients make informed decisions about their real estate investments.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Interaction: Engage with potential clients to understand their property requirements and preferences. Provide them with detailed information about available properties and guide them through the buying or selling process.

Property Listings: Manage and update property listings, ensuring they are current and accurate. Promote properties through various channels and organize viewings for interested clients.

Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay informed about the latest trends, prices, and developments in the Dubai real estate market. Provide clients with insights and advice based on this analysis.

Sales and Negotiations: Handle negotiations between buyers and sellers to reach mutually beneficial agreements. Ensure that all transactions are conducted smoothly and in compliance with legal requirements.

Customer Service: Maintain strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service. Address any concerns or issues promptly and professionally to ensure client satisfaction.

Documentation: Assist clients with the necessary paperwork and documentation required for property transactions. Ensure all legal and regulatory requirements are met.

Requirements:

Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in the UAE real estate market as a property consultant, either in offplan or secondary properties.

Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to clearly convey information and build rapport with clients is essential.

Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and customer service skills. The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Presentation: Presentable and professional appearance.

Driving License: A valid UAE driving license is a plus, as it will facilitate property viewings and client meetings.
