Job Description / Role
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in buying and selling properties, providing expert advice on pricing, negotiation, and legal documentation.
Coordinate property viewings and accompany clients to inspections, addressing any questions and concerns.
Negotiate and finalize sale purchase contracts, ensuring all legal and financial requirements are met.
Stay updated on market trends, property values, and regulations in the Dubai real estate industry.
Build and maintain a network of contacts, including property developers, investors, and potential buyers or tenants.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as real estate, business, or finance.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the secondary market real estate industry in Dubai.
Valid real estate license or certification from the Dubai Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA).
In-depth knowledge of the Dubai property market, including market trends, pricing, and legal requirements.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, ensuring accuracy in property listings and contracts.
Professional and ethical conduct, adhering to industry regulations and client confidentiality.
Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
