Roles & Responsibilities:

As a Property Consultant at VSERVE Real Estate LLC, you will:

Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, helping them find their dream homes.

Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about current trends and conditions in the real estate market.

Connect with prospective buyers and sellers, providing guidance and expertise throughout the property transaction process.

Prepare and present offers, negotiate contracts, and facilitate smooth transactions.

Maintain and update listings of available properties, ensuring accurate and detailed information.

Market and advertise properties through various channels to attract potential buyers.

Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service at all times.

Stay updated on real estate laws, regulations, and industry best practices.

Collaborate with other professionals, such as lenders, appraisers, and inspectors, to ensure a seamless transaction.

Continuously seek opportunities for professional growth and development in the real estate industry.
