Job Description

Drehomes Real Estate is seeking motivated and talented individuals to join their team as Property Associates. As the company undergoes a rebrand, this is an exciting opportunity to become part of their new office and contribute to their growth in the real estate market. The ideal candidate will have prior sales experience, a strong work ethic, and a desire to develop new skills in real estate.

Key Responsibilities

Property Marketing:

Collect and analyze property information.

Arrange for the creation of appropriate marketing materials.

Market Knowledge:

Maintain expert knowledge of UAE real estate rules and regulations.

Valuations and Viewings:

Conduct property valuations and organize viewings.

Negotiation and Sales:

Negotiate with buyers, tenants, sellers, and landlords from the viewing stage to the offer stage.

Monitor sales processes and liaise with relevant managers.

Lead Management:

Follow up on company-generated leads and generate new leads through cold calls, marketing, and networking.

Market Trends:

Stay updated with local property market trends and developments.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum 1 year of sales experience; real estate experience preferred.

Skills:

Strong customer service or sales skills.

Ability to use social media effectively and stay current with trends.

Fluency in English.

Experience in both B2C and B2B sales.

Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.

License: Driving license is required.

Location: Ideally, candidates should be based in the UAE.

Salary: Competitive, based on experience.
