Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Property Advisor to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for real estate, strong interpersonal skills, and a desire to succeed. As a Property Advisor, you will assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties, providing exceptional customer service throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Assistance: Help clients buy, sell, and lease residential and commercial properties.

Property Viewings: Conduct property viewings and provide prospective buyers or tenants with detailed information.

Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs to offer personalized property solutions.

Market Research: Conduct market research and stay informed on real estate trends to provide accurate advice.

Negotiation: Negotiate and finalize property transactions, ensuring all legal and financial details are handled efficiently.

Documentation: Prepare and manage necessary documents, contracts, and agreements related to property transactions.

Collaboration: Work with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's overall success.

Professionalism: Maintain high standards of professionalism and ethics in all interactions with clients.

Requirements:

Experience: Proven experience as a Property Consultant, Real Estate Agent, or similar role is an advantage.
