Duties & Responsibilities:

Maintain and manage the financial records for various properties owned by Bafleh Jewellery.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for the properties.

Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.

Perform regular reconciliations of bank accounts, property accounts, and other financial records.

Monitor property budgets and provide financial analysis to support decision-making.

Assist in the preparation and monitoring of property tax returns and payments.

Coordinate with property managers to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Conduct financial audits and implement audit recommendations for property accounts.

Support the finance team with additional tasks and special projects as needed.

Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum of 3-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the property management or real estate sector.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting.

Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

High attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.

Knowledge of property management software is a plus.
