Job Description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Essential Duties:

Oversee project teams from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to Brand Principles.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining clear and consistent communication with stakeholders.

Report on project progress weekly and monthly to management.

Coordinate with MEP and Interior fit-out teams on site, ensuring compliance with brand specifications.

Facilitate project authority approvals as required.

Identify and address any quality or integrity issues, and collaborate to resolve project risks.

Conduct weekly meetings and project walk-arounds with fit-out contractors and landlord management.

Ensure projects are completed on schedule and meet management's requirements.

Prepare work schedules for projects and coordinate with subcontractors, workers, and site engineers.

Attend coordination meetings and handle all project-related correspondence.

Chair kick-off meetings with consultants and fit-out contractors.

Screen and approve potential engineering consultants, fit-out contractors, and MEP contractors.

Establish and enforce health and safety measures on all projects.

Represent the company’s interests in dealings with contractors, landlords, and inspection officials throughout all phases of design and construction.

Requirements:

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction, Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience managing multiple construction or fit-out projects.

Strong understanding of project management principles.

Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Strong financial and budget management skills.

Proficiency in project management software.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Salary: AED 7,000 to 9,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
