Job Overview: We are urgently seeking a skilled Project Manager with proven experience in managing mid-rise residential buildings (G+3 to G+11) in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering large-scale construction projects from start to finish, ensuring all operations meet quality, safety, and budgetary standards. This is a leadership role for someone passionate about transforming city skylines with high-quality developments.

Core Responsibilities: As Project Manager, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of mid-rise construction projects — from planning and execution to final delivery. Your duties include managing contractors, coordinating across departments, handling procurement and budgeting, and ensuring compliance with local construction standards and safety regulations. You will play a central role in ensuring each project is completed on time, within scope, and aligned with quality benchmarks.

Team & Stakeholder Coordination: You will serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams, external consultants, clients, and government authorities. Managing schedules, conducting site inspections, and resolving on-site issues will form part of your daily activities. Leadership and excellent communication skills are essential to drive teams and uphold accountability across the board.

Project Type & Scope: This role strictly focuses on residential mid-rise towers. Experience in villas or commercial towers will not be considered. Candidates must have successfully led or co-led 2–4 completed G+3 to G+11 residential projects in Dubai, demonstrating hands-on knowledge of local project execution practices.

Technical Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in the UAE’s construction industry is required. Candidates should be familiar with Dubai Municipality regulations, project documentation, cost control, and engineering principles. Proficiency in project management tools like MS Project or Primavera P6 is an added advantage.
