Job Overview: We are hiring a highly experienced Project Manager for the MEP industry, based in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. This position requires an accomplished professional with a strong background in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and at least 10 years of proven project management expertise. The role involves managing large-scale MEP projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality assurance, and adherence to safety standards while coordinating between multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities: As a Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of MEP projects, from initial planning to final execution. This includes developing project timelines, allocating resources, monitoring budgets, and coordinating with engineers, contractors, and clients. The role also requires strong leadership to guide project teams, ensure compliance with engineering standards, and deliver projects on schedule without compromising on quality.

Technical Expertise: The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in construction projects. You will be expected to review engineering designs, provide technical input, and resolve on-site issues quickly. Your expertise will help maintain efficiency across operations, reduce risks, and ensure smooth project execution in line with client expectations.

Leadership & Team Management: As part of this position, you will be responsible for supervising teams of engineers, technicians, and subcontractors. Strong leadership and organizational skills are essential to coordinate team efforts effectively. You will also conduct performance evaluations, identify areas for training, and ensure that all staff maintain safety and compliance standards throughout the project.

Client & Stakeholder Relations: Building and maintaining strong professional relationships with clients and external stakeholders will be a critical part of your responsibilities. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring that their requirements are fully met, concerns are addressed promptly, and that progress updates are communicated clearly and consistently.

Work Environment: This role requires candidates who are already based in the UAE and willing to relocate to Ras Al Khaimah. On-site presence and active supervision are key to project success, so candidates must be comfortable with fieldwork and office-based responsibilities. Flexibility and adaptability will be crucial to meeting the demands of the role.
