Job Description

Michael Page is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary design teams for a prominent engineering and architectural consultancy firm in Oman. This role is crucial for managing client relationships and ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership:

Lead and manage design teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.

Oversee project delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, and budget constraints.

Client and Resource Management:

Manage client relationships, handling risks, and resource allocation.

Maintain project documentation, ensure quality assurance, and optimize commercial performance.

Innovation and Collaboration:

Manage sub-consultants and promote a culture of innovation, accountability, and data-driven decision-making.

Requirements:

Experience:

10-15 years of relevant experience in project management, particularly in design management within architecture or engineering.

Skills:

Strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and client relationships.

Solid understanding of project management principles, including risk management, scope management, and commercial performance.

Excellent communication skills and adaptability.

Education:

Relevant qualifications in project management, architecture, or engineering are preferred.
