NVR HR Solutions is looking for a Project Manager who has spent ten to fifteen years in the UAE construction industry and understands what it takes to deliver high-rise, commercial, residential, or mixed-use projects from start to finish. You will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle—from planning and budgeting to execution, monitoring, and handover. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage subcontractors, coordinate with clients and consultants, and ensure that every phase of the project meets quality, safety, and timeline targets. You will also manage contracts, variations, and claims, and prepare detailed progress reports for senior management.

This is a role for someone who is as comfortable with Primavera P6 and MS Project as they are with leading a site meeting. You have strong knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and contract management. Your communication and leadership skills are exceptional, and you are PMP certified or working towards it. You understand the complexities of the UAE construction market—the regulations, the pace, the stakeholders—and you know how to navigate them effectively.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in the UAE. The salary range is AED 15,000 to 25,000 per month, depending on experience. The role comes with a comprehensive benefits package including employment visa, medical insurance, annual leave, air ticket as per company policy, and end-of-service benefits as per UAE Labour Law.
