Duties & Responsibilities

As an Arabic Project Manager in the Banking Domain at Dicetek LLC, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects within the banking sector. Your key responsibilities will include:

Project Leadership: Manage multiple banking-related projects, ensuring timely, scope-compliant, and budget-conscious delivery.

Regulatory & Compliance Oversight: Handle projects involving regulatory and compliance requirements, ensuring full adherence to banking regulations.

Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the main contact for project communications, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Project Planning & Execution: Create detailed project plans, allocate resources, and monitor progress using project management tools.

Risk Management: Identify and address potential project risks with effective mitigation strategies.

Team Coordination: Lead and support project teams, fostering clear communication and collaboration.

Budget Management: Oversee project budgets, ensuring expenditures stay within approved limits.

Quality Assurance: Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.

Reporting: Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree or PMP certification is preferred.

Experience: At least 5 years of project management experience in the banking or financial services industry.

Language Skills: Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.

Project Management Tools: Proficiency with project management software like Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar tools.

Banking Software: Experience with banking software systems and technologies.

Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).

Industry Knowledge: Strong experience managing banking sector projects, including regulatory and compliance projects.

Soft Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
