Job Description / Role

Guildhall is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our client's construction team in Dubai, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing various construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Project Manager will play a crucial role in driving project success and fostering strong client and team relationships.

Responsibilities

Plan and oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.

Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, budget, and schedule, and effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders.

Coordinate and manage all project activities, including subcontractor management, scheduling, and resource allocation.

Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance, addressing issues as they arise.

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure designs and specifications are met, and manage changes effectively.

Manage and report on project budget, expenses, and financial forecasting, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines and regulations.

Lead project teams, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback to achieve project objectives.

Maintain strong client relationships, addressing concerns and ensuring client needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.

Ensure compliance with regulations, code requirements, safety standards, and implement quality control and risk management practices.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects, especially within High Rise Projects.

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; PMP certification is a plus.

Extensive knowledge of construction processes, methods, materials, and relevant regulations and quality standards.

Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.

Proficiency in project management software and tools, and experience in developing and managing project schedules, budgets, and resources.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Salary

AED 35,000 to 40,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
