Purpose:

You will be responsible for the expert and on-time execution of orders regarding new assembly, malfunctions, preventive maintenance, and commissioning. You will contribute to the successful completion of projects by meeting scheduling, cost, and material objectives, while considering quality assurance measures, safety and accident prevention regulations, environmental instructions, and personnel management guidelines.

Responsibilities:

Manage the assembly personnel assigned for the duration of the project according to Hitachi Energy management principles.

Hold and document project-related appraisal interviews (goals, qualifications, and feedback).

Develop personal initiatives regarding further educational activities and discuss needs with the superior.

Assist in creating specialist documents such as testing reports, checklists, assembly, and commissioning instructions in the business or sub-unit.

Ensure and evaluate empirical values from assembly and maintain good contact with partners in the business unit to exchange information.

Advise customers regarding possible prophylactic measures to avoid disturbances in installations and attachment components.

Continuously inform the superior on the requirements profile of the assembly personnel and personnel requirements.

Extend technical and general knowledge and keep complete and clear documentation of current projects.

Advise partners in assembly-related matters and ensure the quality of work while monitoring QA requirements and advocating for continuous improvement of processes.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Bachelor's or master’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

Minimum of 7 years of experience with High Voltage, GIS, and previous experience in SF6 GAS Handling.

Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
