Duties & Responsibilities:

Project Management Expertise:

Lead and manage complex projects through their lifecycle, ensuring adherence to PMP/Prince/ACP methodologies.

Act as a scrum master for multiple scrum teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies and removing impediments to team progress.

Utilize Java technical knowledge to provide insights and support to development teams (added advantage).

Program Management and Reporting:

Provide comprehensive status reports on program-level initiatives, including cost, schedule, improvements, and innovations.

Conduct governance and review meetings, ensuring alignment with project goals and stakeholder expectations.

Stakeholder Management:

Manage relationships with various stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment of project objectives.

Act as the primary point of contact for managing change requests and scope creeps, maintaining project scope and quality.

Service Delivery and Quality Assurance:

Oversee project schedule, cost, quality, and scope, ensuring adherence to defined SLAs and metrics.

Monitor and report on service delivery and quality metrics periodically to stakeholders.

Innovation and Improvement Initiatives:

Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives within development and support programs.

Develop, manage, and track program-level schedules, dependencies, and constraints to ensure project success.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 13-15 years of overall experience in project management roles.

Certified in PMP/Prince/ACP methodologies.

At least 4+ years of experience as a scrum master, leading at least 2 scrum teams using Agile methodology and scrum practices.

Strong technical knowledge, particularly in Java (preferred).

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Proven track record in managing large-scale projects with a focus on delivering quality results within scope, schedule, and budget constraints.
