Duties & Responsibilities

As a Project Manager at IRISSTAR Technologies, you will be responsible for leading and managing various projects within the Information Services industry. Your key duties and responsibilities will include:

Project Leadership: Overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Scrum Master: Acting as a Scrum Master for at least 2 Scrum teams, with a minimum of 4 years in this role, facilitating Agile methodology and Scrum practices.

Impediment Removal: Identifying and removing impediments that may hinder the Scrum teams’ progress, and coaching the teams to manage and remove impediments themselves.

Technical Knowledge: Leveraging Java technical knowledge to support project requirements (preferred but not mandatory).

Program Management: Reporting on program level status, including cost, schedule, improvements, and innovation initiatives.

Stakeholder Management: Engaging with different stakeholders, running governance, and conducting review meetings.

Innovation & Improvement: Leading initiatives for innovation and improvement in development and support programs.

Schedule Management: Developing, managing, and tracking program-level schedules with dependencies and constraints.

Scope Management: Overseeing project scope, including managing change requests and scope creeps.

Service Delivery: Ensuring the delivery and quality of services as per the defined and agreed SLAs and metrics, and reporting periodically.

Quality Management: Maintaining the overall quality of service delivery.

Qualifications & Experience

Experience: 12-15 years of overall experience, with certification in PMP, Prince2, or ACP.

Scrum Master: Minimum of 4 years as a Scrum Master, having led at least 2 Scrum teams using Agile methodology and Scrum practices.

Technical Skills: Java technical knowledge will be an added advantage.

Project Management: Strong experience in managing project schedules, costs, quality, and scope.

Stakeholder Engagement: Proven ability to manage different stakeholders and lead governance and review meetings.

Innovation: Experience in leading innovation and improvement initiatives.

Service Level Management: Proficiency in managing SLAs and metrics, with periodic reporting.
