Overview:

Khatib & Alami is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in the Architecture, Engineering, and Planning Industry to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have over 12 years of experience, primarily in a construction supervision role within a top-tier regional or multinational consultancy firm. The role involves managing client relationships, overseeing contractors and suppliers, and ensuring high-quality project execution.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and addressing their needs.

Oversee all aspects of construction supervision, including client management, contractor management, and supplier management.

Administer contracts, manage quality control, and handle dispute resolution.

Ensure projects comply with local rules, regulations, and international engineering standards and codes.

Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.

Lead project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.

Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, both internally and externally.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.

Experience: 12+ years in the Architecture, Engineering, and Planning Industry, with demonstrated expertise in construction supervision.

Certifications:

PMP Certification (preferred).

MMUP Certification with Project Management classification (mandatory).

Skills:

Excellent knowledge of construction supervision services.

Strong understanding of international engineering standards and codes.

In-depth knowledge of local rules and regulations.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams.

Good interpersonal and leadership skills.

Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written Arabic and English.
