Job Description

Role Overview :DMDC Group is looking for a capable and organized Project Manager to lead projects from initial planning through successful completion. The role involves coordinating people, timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables while ensuring that projects remain aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing multiple priorities, communicating with different stakeholders, solving problems quickly, and keeping projects moving efficiently.

Project Planning & Coordination – Develop clear project plans covering key activities, milestones, timelines, resources, and deliverables. Coordinate project activities from initiation through completion and ensure each stage progresses according to the agreed plan.

Project Execution – Take ownership of day-to-day project execution and make sure assigned tasks are completed on schedule. Monitor progress closely and address delays, operational issues, or changing priorities before they affect overall delivery.

Timeline & Milestone Management – Establish realistic deadlines and monitor important project milestones. Keep stakeholders informed about progress and take corrective action whenever activities fall behind schedule.

Team Coordination – Work closely with internal teams, external partners, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure everyone understands their responsibilities. Encourage effective collaboration and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Resource Management – Coordinate the effective use of project resources, including personnel, materials, equipment, and external services. Identify resource requirements early and help prevent shortages or unnecessary delays.

Budget Monitoring – Track project-related expenses and monitor spending against approved budgets. Work with relevant teams to maintain financial control and identify potential cost issues at an early stage.

Stakeholder Communication – Maintain regular communication with management, clients, team members, vendors, and other stakeholders. Provide clear updates on project status, achievements, challenges, risks, and upcoming activities.

Risk & Issue Management – Identify potential project risks and operational issues before they become major problems. Develop practical solutions, escalate critical concerns when necessary, and maintain appropriate risk-monitoring processes.

Quality & Deliverables – Monitor project outputs to ensure deliverables meet agreed standards, specifications, and expectations. Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve quality concerns and maintain consistent project performance.

Documentation & Reporting – Maintain accurate project documentation, schedules, meeting records, progress reports, approvals, and other relevant information. Prepare regular updates that give management a clear view of project performance.

Vendor & Contractor Coordination – Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, consultants, and service providers where required. Follow up on commitments, timelines, deliverables, and outstanding issues to keep external activities aligned with the project plan.

Problem Solving – Handle unexpected challenges with a practical and solution-focused approach. Evaluate available options, prioritize urgent matters, and coordinate with the appropriate teams to keep project activities on track.

Meeting & Follow-Up Management – Organize project meetings, communicate key discussion points, and ensure agreed actions are properly followed up. Keep action items visible and make sure responsibilities are clearly assigned.

Performance Tracking – Review project progress against established objectives, schedules, budgets, and deliverables. Use project information to identify areas requiring attention and recommend improvements where appropriate.

Change Management – Evaluate changes to project scope, timelines, resources, or deliverables and coordinate their implementation with the relevant stakeholders. Ensure important changes are properly communicated and documented.

Project Completion – Coordinate final activities, outstanding deliverables, approvals, documentation, and handover requirements. Ensure projects are properly closed and important lessons or follow-up actions are recorded for future reference.
